Manuscript Reinstatement Policy

Please note that all reinstatements are granted only with approval from the Editorial Office.

Reinstatement may be requested in the following cases:

• Withdrawal reversal: The author previously withdrew a manuscript (or declined a transfer) but later decides to proceed with publication.
   
• Missed revision deadline: The manuscript was rejected due to failure to submit a revision or request an extension within the given timeframe, and the author wishes to continue.
   
• Delayed payment: An accepted manuscript was removed from the production queue after more than 3 months of non-payment, and payment is subsequently made.
   
• Unresponsiveness during production: If an author remains unresponsive to copyediting or proofreading requests, or fails to provide all required signatures on the License to Publish form for more than 2 months.
