Yes, you can prepay the costs. Two options:
- purchase prepaid credits
- purchase an institutional membership with APF waivers
You can also fast-track the paper to have an initial decision within 4 weeks (20 business days), however, fast-tracking will not give you a definitive date for final acceptance (because it also depends on the extent of revisions and number of review rounds required).
