We understand that your credit card statement may show a different amount than the invoice or receipt you received from us. Please know that any discrepancies are due to charges added by your credit card issuer, not by us.
Here are some common reasons for this:
- Currency Conversion: Our invoices are in USD (United States Dollars). If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, your credit card company or bank may apply additional fees for currency conversion.
- International Transaction Fees: Although our invoices are in USD, we are based in Canada. Your credit card bank might add an international transaction charge for purchases made with companies outside your country.
We do not add or see these additional charges on our end, as they are applied directly by your bank. For a detailed explanation of any added charges or if you require further documentation regarding these fees, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.
