APF Coverage for Corresponding Authors from Örebro University

Overview

JMIR Publications and Örebro University are piloting an institutional agreement. Under this agreement, if the corresponding author of an article is affiliated with Örebro University, Örebro University will completely cover the Article Processing Fee (APF). 

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the funding, when your article is submitted please make sure that:

• you list Örebro University as the corresponding author's affiliation in the article metadata,
• you use your institutional email address (@oru.se), and
• you mention "requesting APF coverage under the Örebro-JMIR agreement" in your cover letter when submitting your article.

When your article is accepted, JMIR will confirm eligibility for APF coverage with Örebro University. JMIR will then bill Örebro for the APF once eligibility is confirmed.
