I completed copyediting but I am still getting reminders from the system - what do I need to do?

If you are in step 2 of the copyediting process, you need to mark this copyediting step as complete by clicking the link/button underneath step 2d) - see screenshot below.

If that link doesn't appear, it means you still have not completed all required substeps (2a-d) (see What are the steps during copyediting?).

Please follow the instructions (marked orange, see screenshots below). In the example below, the author has completed step 2a (uploaded the word document responding to copyediting queries, as described in In copyediting step 2a - how do I respond to copyeditors' queries?), but has not completed the RefCheck process (2b) (see What is the RefCheck process?).

The copyediting/production process cannot continue unless the author completes all steps and marks them as complete.
