Receipts are available at your user homepage when you click "View Receipts" in PDF format. If the address is incorrect or lacks information, please update billing address details on your user profile and regenerate the receipt.
Receipts are also sent to you via email whenever a payment is successfully processed - check your spam folder or email address in your profile if you have not received it.
Receipts do not contain the credit card number as we do not store any credit card data, as credit card payments are handled through our payment processors (paypal / beanstream / stripe) and we never get to see credit card data. These payment providers also email receipts immediately after payment (and these receipts also do not contain credit card data).
