Please shorten the text to the most important information (you do not have to use full sentences, just list the most important points separated by semicolon).
If this still does not fit, append at the end of the text something like "(for further information see manuscript, heading "HEADING")", where HEADING is the subheading in the manuscript which contains more information on the procedure.
