Can you please fill in our Vendor Form?

Due to limited resources we are unable to do administrative work such as filling in vendor or procurement forms of purchasing departments.

We ask financial officers/procurement offices to pre-populate their forms with our basic information such as our address, tax registration numbers or bank accounts (please choose the US$ account), which can all be found at our Contact Us page.

Please only send us a pre-filled form and ONLY if you require a signature on the form, or if you require information that is not on our website.
