Example options for partnership or sponsorship:
- create a cross-promotion partnership. We advertise your conference/call for abstracts among our mailing list and reviewer/editor network of eHealth researchers. In return, we get exposure at the conference, e.g. via a booth, a speech, a leaflet in the delegate bags or an advertisement in the program
- consider using iProceedings as your abstract submission platform. See: We are organizing a conference - can we publish our proceedings / abstracts in iproceedings?
- create an e-collection (or theme issue), e.g. by selecting the best abstracts and inviting authors to submit a full paper to the e-collection. The e-collection can be named after the conference, and the conference chair or scientific committee can be the guest editor(s). The authors get 20% off JMIR Publications Article Processing Fees, or - if a sponsor can be found, such as the conference organizers - can publish for free. Manuscripts undergo JMIR Publications external peer-review process and are subject to the Editor-in-Chief's final decision on acceptance for publication, in accordance with best practices on such e-collections (theme issues).
- invite the editor-in-chief of any JMIR journal to deliver a sponsored keynote, all expenses will be paid by JMIR (e.g. to talk about challenges in reporting ehealth research etc.)
