- create a cross-promotion partnership. We advertise your conference/call for abstracts among our mailing list and reviewer/editor network with over 50.000 eHealth researchers. In return, we get exposure at the conference, e.g. via a booth, a speech, a leaflet in the delegate bags or an advertisement in the program
- create a Theme Issue, e.g. by selecting the best abstracts and inviting authors to submit a full paper to the theme issue. The theme issue can be named after the conference, and the conference chair or scientifc committee can be the guest editor(s), therefore giving you exposure. The authors get 20% off our Article Processing Fees, or - if a sponsor can be found - can publish for free
- consider using iProceedings as your abstract submission platform, or at least for poster abstract submissions
- invite authors to submit their posters to iProceedings, free of charge
- invite the editor-in-chief of any JMIR journal to deliver a sponsored keynote, all expenses will be paid by JMIR (e.g. to talk about challenges in reporting ehealth research etc.)
To discuss collaboration opportunities, please file a ticket with ed-support@jmir.org
