JMIR Medical Education "Students' Corner" invites submissions about medical education (e.g. experiences with medical education, student-led innovations in medical education etc) from author teams composed of students and trainees from various health professions.
The student corner deals with medical education as a topic. It is not intended as a "catch all" section for research articles or viewpoints written by students.
There is currently no article processing fee, but we require that the corresponding author provide proof of current enrollment and/or trainee status.
Acceptable documentation includes*:
- Current (unexpired) student card
- Proof/verification of enrollment/student status document
- An official transcript or registration confirmation document
*A copy or photo of the original documentation is sufficient;
Dates must be visible and indicate current enrollment;
Documentation can be in any language (if an English translation is available, please supply it)
If you are in a professional training or postgraduate/doctoral program and without access to the above documentation, you can submit a signed letter (from, e.g. the program director, administrator, or registrar) on official institutional letterhead confirming your current status. If you are unsure if your documentation is sufficient, please contact email@example.com and quote the manuscript number.
Please submit your documentation as a supplemental file when you submit your manuscript. After submission, you can send documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
