If our invoices/receipt amounts do not match what is on the credit card statement, then these charges are added by the credit card issuer, not us.
- Please note that our invoices are in USD. If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, your credit card company/bank may add charges for currency conversion. For details please contact your credit card issuing bank.
- Even though our invoices are in USD, we are based in Canada. The credit card bank may have added an additional international charge. For details please contact your credit card issuing bank.
We cannot add any additional charges which your bank may have charged to our receipts because we do not add/charge these fees ourselves (it is your bank which is charging) nor do we even see these charges. Please contact the credit card issuing bank or credit card company for any questions about added charges or if you require additional documentation.
