As author, you can (but do not have to) omit author information so reviewers are "blinded", but this is entirely optional (and in the vast majority of cases, blinding is not necessary). Author information will still be in the metadata (for the editor to see), but reviewers will not see the metadata.
With references (self-citations), mentionings of app or websites developed by the authors etc it is in practice very hard to completely blind a manuscript without making significant changes. In most cases we do not recommend this. On the contrary, the reviewers should have access to the sites and apps discussed in the paper, so these names should not be omitted, which makes blinding impractical.
