Spamfilters are a major problem and the primary reason for why authors have not received our emails. Please search your email inbox as well as your spam/promo inbox for emails sent from:
Content alerts are using the mailchimp mailer. Under no circumstances flag these as spam - if you want to unsubscribe, please see How do I unsubscribe from / subscribe to email newsletters (content alerts)?.
Please contact your systems administrator to assist with whitelisting JMIR emails to avoid them being flagged as spam, otherwise this may severely affect your ability to respond to our emails in a timely manner.
If you have a manuscript under consideration, you can login and check for the status online (What is the status of my submission?) or review the editor/author communication online (see screenshot below, click on the link Editor/Author Email Record), but it is better to remove all spam filters for JMIR emails.
