|Important: Because of a system change, the Karma credit program will be put on hold - accruals end on Jul 31, 2022, and redemptions must be made before Oct 31, 2022. Please read the KB article on Karma Credit Sunset.|
You cannot delete old or duplicate user profiles. Instead, enter your ORCID in all of your profiles (What is an ORCID? and How do I add an ORCID to my JMIR User Profile?). In other words, you need to login to all your user accounts one by one and make sure you add your ORCID. This will lead to a virtual merge of submitted manuscripts and review requests (which will now show up on all accounts), and all karma points will be credited to the same user, identified by a unique ORCID.
We are working on combining the information from different user profiles which have the same ORCID, as well as letting users define one account as primary account (review requests etc will then go only to the email associated with the primary account).
