Please note that the user account / password for the Help Center is not your JMIR user account. You need to create a separate account to comment on Helpdesk FAQ articles on JMIR.Zendesk.com.
You only need to login at zendesk if you are an editor or staff member for JMIR and want to access our internal knowledge base or the "for editors only" KB.
If you are an editor and still cannot access the "for editors only" KB, file a support ticket and ask JMIR staff to tag you as editor.
